During her tutelage as Executive Vice President of American Cannabis Partners, Sene has successfully managed a twofold expansion of the team, while skillfully managing the company’s budget and developing an executive operational system for the Colorado Cannabis Ranch development project.

Jeremy Sova, VP Business Development

Jeremy Sova possesses over 12 years of business development experience, most recently in leading, growing, and managing Battery Solutions, a global metals commodities business. During his tenure, Sova successfully positioned Battery Solutions as a top three revenue/profit producing battery recycling organization in North America. Sova’s success was achieved through a multidisciplinary approach involving his lead in both strategic and tactical marketing plans, development of wholesale channels, and negotiation of high margin sale of metal commodities derived from spent batteries. By establishing a brand affinity for Battery Solutions, the company successfully grew and maintained 50+% profit margins, avoiding the commoditization suffered by its competitors. Sova’s in-depth knowledge of the metals commodities markets led to the successful sale of Battery Solutions to private equity at 7.0x EBITDA at the highest possible point in the metals market. The knowledge and experience Sova brings from the global metals commodities business makes him an invaluable asset to the American Cannabis Partners team and the cannabis industry.
